By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. About Christmas Tree Care: The Christmas tree primarily uses fresh cedar and various conifer branches arranged on floral foam. The greenery relies on the moisture from the floral foam. Please water daily to ensure the foam remains moist to the touch. Frequent watering will help maintain the freshness of the foliage. We recommend purchasing a specialized watering can for convenience. If you accidentally forget to water, do not worry; the entire tree can naturally dry out and will remain a beautiful display for several months. The Christmas tree does not require direct sunlight; avoid placing it in areas with direct sun exposure. Excessive heat can cause the foam and foliage to lose moisture rapidly, accelerating drying or causing leaves to turn yellow. Humid, poorly ventilated environments may lead to mold. About Materials: Each product uses a variety of fresh, natural foliage, and the longevity of each type of foliage will vary, which is characteristic of natural plants. For Christmas products, we primarily use plants that dry naturally, supplemented with artificial or decorative elements. Inconsistent drying of fresh foliage is a natural occurrence. If you have specific requirements for plant selection, decorative items, or color schemes, please discuss the details with us to create a personalized custom order. Contact us via our official LINE account. About Design Coordination: Each product is meticulously designed by our floral artists. They will select ornaments and foliage based on the color scheme or style presented for each product. If you particularly admire a specific ornament or detail, feel free to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In the event of a stock shortage for a particular ornament, we will notify you before shipping to arrange a substitution. Note: If your chosen product includes a natural wood trunk, the designer will select the wood type based on what is available from our suppliers for the season; specific wood types and appearances cannot be guaranteed. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they run out.
