**We do not offer delivery to other cities/counties, outer suburbs of Taipei/New Taipei, or mountainous areas.**

1. Please inform us of your intended use date and confirm your order at least one week in advance to allow for material preparation and crafting.
2. The final arrangement will be made as closely as possible to the style shown in the image. As each flower has its unique form, the finished piece will not be an exact replica.
(Should any flower materials be out of stock or not in optimal condition, our designer will substitute with suitable alternatives.)
Each floral gift comes with a complimentary gift bag.
