Warranty Period: Your luggage is covered by a two-year free warranty from the date of purchase. * The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. * For issues outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, lifetime repair services are available. Customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping and repair part costs. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, telescopic handles, and wheels are covered under warranty. * Defects arising from material issues or manufacturing flaws are also included. * This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transit, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasions), or damage from liquid exposure. 3. Repair Process: * Please take photos of your item before sending it for repair. * Contact customer service before shipping the item back to us (customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs). * For repairs outside the warranty scope or beyond the warranty period, our repair team will assess the costs and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence upon your confirmation. * If you do not agree to the repair costs, the item will be returned to you via cash on delivery for shipping fees. 4. Repair Timeline: * Standard repairs: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). * Expedited repairs: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with an additional fee of $150 NTD. * If parts need to be ordered from overseas, expedited service is not applicable, and the waiting period may be 2-3 months. 5. Exclusions: For damage incurred during airline transit or due to other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. Such damage is not covered by our warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage: Items not collected within three months from the date of notification will be considered abandoned, and we will not be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1.
