Please use a diluted neutral detergent with a soft brush, wipe off the foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during shipping; minor dents or creases from transit are unavoidable and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture, patterns, and color tones depending on the area of the skin and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, they cannot be manufactured with uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are final. Manual measurements may have an international standard allowable error of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization labels or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1.
