*Ticket details:
1. After purchasing the ticket, a letter will be sent to the site to provide proof of successful ticket purchase, and physical tickets will not be sent. On the day of the event, please go to the registration counter and present your registration success notification letter or order before entering.
2. If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since event materials must be prepared 3 days before the event, no refunds will be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event.
3. If the date is rescheduled due to personal reasons, please refund and re-purchase the ticket. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event.
4. The event is suitable for parent-child groups aged 4 and above. Event materials are provided for ticket buyers.
5. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given.

10. The event process will be filmed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or publicity purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.

*Cancellation policy of the organizer: The Central Meteorological Administration has issued a land typhoon warning and heavy rain warning. The event will be postponed and no refund will be given.
