4. All workshop creations can be completed on-site.

1. After completing your work, please bring your own bag to carry it. In consideration of the environment, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, they are available for purchase on-site for NT$10 each.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity will incur a 20% fee for the forfeited spot. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons and relevant proof is provided, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your reserved time on the day of the activity, please call 0966443677 to inquire about other available times for that day. No-shows will be considered as completing the activity and are non-refundable!
5. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one companion. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please be sure to leave a note in the remarks section with the number of companions for seating arrangements).
