*Important Notes for Course Reservations*
1. If the reserved time encounters unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, Bai Dian will contact you officially to reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completing your course reservation, we will immediately prepare the materials for your session, therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. Rescheduling within 8 days of your chosen course date is permitted for one free postponement (this can be rescheduled to a session within three months of the original course date).
3. If you do not complete your rescheduled reservation within three months, or if you are unable to attend after one free postponement, please place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course. Please place a new order.
