Olive Green - Vitality The designer used hand-dyed olive green Hong Kong cattle leather, combined with Tokyo's gold leaf brown natural edge carp tail part to make the tree color, and Kagoshima emerald green carp leather hand-stitched movable fish as the top position of the bookmark Orange - Lively The designer used custard orange directly purchased from Taiwan and Italy white-waxed cow leather, combined with the orange carp belly of Kagoshima Koifish leather as the main colour of the bookmark, and hand-stitched small fish from Hong Kong cattle leather as the top side of the bookmark. Pink - peace The designer used rose pink Italian white-waxed cow leather directly purchased from Taiwan, combined with Kagoshima light pink Koifish leather natural carp belly parts as the main colour of the bookmark, and hand-stitched movable fish with Kagoshima emerald green Koifish leather as the top position of the bookmark. Red - passion The designer used the hand-dyed red Italian white-waxed cow leather directly purchased from Taiwan, combined with Tokyo sterling silver very black natural edge carp belly to the tail to make a strong contrast color, and hand-stitched small fish with the same Tokyo sterling silver very black carp leather as the top position of the bookmark Koifish Leather Introduction The designer loves to use koifish leather to design her product. Not only in love with the characteristics of koifish leather - the natural fish scale pattern and uniqueness of its texture, but also the meaning and blessing behind it. The designer found koifish leather when she travelled in Japan. She had a conversation with the local Japaneses and understood that they didn’t want to waste any parts of koifish body and use their unique method to extract the fish skin and scale parts carefully, and re-dying and wind drying the fish skin and scale naturally. So, it became the beautiful and meaningful koifish leather and also bring true blessings to everyone. Afterwards, the designer often travelled to different provinces and counties in Japan for sourcing and purchasing koifish leather since the uniqueness of the colour and texture of koifish leather are different in different places.
