Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they are hypoallergenic. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergic reactions after wearing them? A: If you experience allergic reactions after wearing the earrings, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual susceptibility (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear sensitivity has many causes, and it's rarely solely due to the ear hook material. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital to determine the exact cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and we have yet to receive any feedback about allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate acrylic designs. Our pieces are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (like humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping due to market stall operations) As we operate market stalls, and postal services are closed on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
