Completing an order signifies your understanding and agreement with the Shopping Notice/Return & Exchange Notice. 2. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For urgent orders, please select express delivery. 3. Product delivery is limited to the main island of Taiwan. No delivery service is available for outlying islands. 4. Due to volumetric restrictions for convenience store pick-up, please select home delivery if purchasing 3 or more pairs of shoes in a single order. 5. Most items are handmade and may have minor imperfections such as residual glue, small stains, loose threads, minor gaps, or seam irregularities. Marks produced during the manufacturing process, such as air bubbles or granules, are not considered defects and generally do not affect the normal use of the product. 6. For shoes/bags/accessories, it is recommended not to soak the entire item in water for cleaning (this applies to all brands). Once worn and scrubbed, they may not be restored to their original condition and may show cleaning marks. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, then wipe off the foam with a damp cloth and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. The packaging is for protection, and some collision or indentation during logistics delivery is unavoidable. Packaging cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 8. For genuine leather insoles, natural variations in skin texture may occur in different areas or according to the season, resulting in different textures and colors (unlike artificial leather, which can produce consistent color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; the actual product color is definitive. Manual measurements may have an international standard acceptable tolerance and a normal difference of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed. The packaging (box, bag, or small card with authorization label or official licensed logo) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Notice】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoe box + outer carton), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted offers or free shipping items cannot be returned individually. If you wish to return parts of an order with such offers, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns about received items or missing parts, a complete unboxing video must be provided to ensure the rights of both parties and facilitate subsequent returns, exchanges, or replacements. 4. The original packaging (shoe box + outer carton) must be intact. Please do not tape the shoe box directly. If the shoe box/authorization label is damaged due to incomplete packaging, a refurbishment fee of NT$100 will be charged. 5. Failure to pick up orders selected for convenience store payment will be reflected in the customer's rating.
