| Appointment Changes / Cancellations / Rescheduling |
1. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is limited to one change. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the fee is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
3. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will contact you proactively to arrange a reschedule or refund.
| Workshop Participation |
1. To ensure you fully enjoy the workshop, please arrive 5-10 minutes early or on time for check-in. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation.
2. Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for brand documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site. You are also welcome to take your own photos and videos during the class.
3. Metal filing during the workshop can produce fine debris. Work aprons will be provided, so we recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing.
