・If registering the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us to confirm if the session has reached minimum enrollment before proceeding with your registration.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt will serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call us at (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
. In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act for Public and Private Tutoring Classes and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds will be processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual fees paid will be issued.
. Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled session, please opt for a refund.
. For cancellations or reschedulings on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have been finalized. Participants who do not show up will be considered as forfeiting their session.
. To ensure fairness to other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions without tickets are not allowed to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or for special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the store in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This workshop includes self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for activity documentation and promotional purposes. These images, which may include your likeness, may be used in promotional materials for future events or recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
