In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, customers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day the product is received. Please note: This cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, the returned product must be in new condition and fully packaged (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or data). No items should be missing, and the product should not have been disassembled for inspection or the original box damaged. The original outer box and packaging are considered part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your right to return and may incur charges for restoration to its original condition. 2. Shipping costs for returns within the seven-day appreciation period are the responsibility of the consumer. The day after receiving the product is considered the first day.
