Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced jewelry. Due to the absence of nickel in both the material and plating, our earrings are designed to prevent allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you experience allergic reactions, it is likely due to one or more of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual susceptibility (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells may have a predisposition to react to metal ions, causing redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from various causes, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital for a conclusive diagnosis, which helps clarify the cause and protects the rights of both parties. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and to date, no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it truly paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs with acrylic. Our earrings are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after creation, providing basic water resistance for daily life (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take to ship? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, as we participate in market events. As we participate in markets and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
