Over time, exposure to air and environmental factors will naturally cause it to develop a patina, with a deepening of its metallic hue. This is a normal oxidation process. ・ If your brass has oxidized and darkened, here are a few methods to restore its shine: - Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine. The cloth will darken, which is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Gently scrub with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry thoroughly. - Apply a small amount of brass polish to a clean cloth and wipe the piece to restore its shine. Afterward, rinse with a mild detergent to remove any residual polish and prevent potential allergic reactions during wear. ・ These preserved flower accessories are crafted from fresh flowers and can last for over 5 years.
