Floral Gift Care: ● You can remove the packaging and place the flowers in a suitable vase with water filled to 80%. Remove any leaves submerged in water to prevent decay. It is recommended to trim the stems and change the water daily. ● To maintain the bouquet with its original packaging, you can add water daily to keep a basic water level within the bouquet. ● When watering, please avoid the petals to prevent water damage. If petals show signs of water damage or wilting, they can be gently removed. ● Place in a well-ventilated, cool area. Avoid hot or direct sunlight. Delivery Methods: ● Preserved/Fresh Flower Gifts are available for in-store pickup (No. 2, Alley 16, Section 4, Bade Road, Songshan District, Taipei City) and nationwide delivery. ● Pickup and delivery can be scheduled for a specific date. ● For deliveries outside of Taipei, there is a risk of damage during transit. If logistics are delayed or the package experiences bumps or collisions, the floral gift may be damaged. Please confirm you accept this risk before placing an order. ● For any other related questions, please message us privately or call beforehand to confirm delivery status and fees. Important Notes: ● This product is only available for delivery within Taiwan's main island (excluding airports and outlying islands). Orders to addresses that cannot be delivered to will be automatically canceled. ● For fresh flower gifts, if the flower materials, accompanying materials, or wrapping paper are unavailable due to market or seasonal factors, they will be directly substituted with other materials without prior notification. The designer will use their professional judgment to achieve the best design effect. ● If the flower pots, bamboo baskets, vases, or decorative items shown in the images are out of stock, they will be replaced with suitable containers or decorative items of equal value. The color of the flowers (e.g., roses) shown in the web images may vary slightly in size and shade due to seasonal temperature differences and varieties. Actual shipments will be based on the actual product without further notice. Flowers are perishable items and cannot be exchanged or canceled temporarily. ● If you have any issues, please notify us within 48 hours before the delivery date. For product defects, please inform the store within 24 hours for replacement and to protect consumer rights.
