Remember to add the '@' symbol.) | About Our Products | ・ Each floral material is naturally grown. We use natural preserved flowers and dried flowers. No flower is perfectly flawless or completely symmetrical. Unforeseen changes may also occur due to factors like temperature and humidity. ・ All our floral gifts are handcrafted and photographed in real settings. Slight color variations may occur depending on your computer or mobile display. Please be mindful of this before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ・ If seasonal floral materials are out of stock, our floral artists will substitute them with other suitable materials. ・ Each purchase includes gift box packaging and a card. ・ Customization is available; please feel free to inquire. ・ If you require urgent delivery, please contact us first to check availability. ・ As preserved flowers are delicate and fragile, shipping will be exclusively via courier service. ・ For any other needs, such as group workshops, custom classes, corporate courses, long-term programs, or other requests, please send us a private message. We will respond as soon as possible. | Care Instructions | ・ Please place in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. Humid environments can cause preserved flower petals to appear translucent, while dried flowers may develop mold. Direct sunlight can accelerate color fading. ・ If preserved flower petals appear translucent, you can restore them by using a dehumidifier or desiccant. ・ Vibrant or dark colors of preserved flowers, such as red or black, can easily stain other floral materials. When displaying, try to avoid placing them directly against walls or wooden surfaces to prevent staining. Please consider this before purchasing. ・ If there is dust on the flowers, gently brush it off with a small brush. | Shipping Notes | ・ Some items are available in stock at our physical store. If you need an item urgently, please inquire first. If the item is in stock at the store, it will be shipped by 4:00 PM on the same day and should arrive the next day (excluding Sundays). If shipped on a Saturday, delivery will be postponed to Monday.
