"Material Details" All items in our collection are crafted under the strict supervision of our designer. Gemstones and silver are sourced from trusted industry suppliers and manufacturers. We utilize professional jewelry and industrial plating services. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult with the designer before placing an order. Most items in our shop are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require an item sooner, kindly contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if expedited production is possible. Items processed by our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved objects, 3D printed objects, plated items, and services such as engraving. Items priced at over NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2,000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple item purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still be boxed). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer. However, due to variations in equipment and display screens, some color discrepancies may occur. Gemstone colors may also appear differently due to light refraction. "Care Instructions" 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. "Return Policy" Returns and refunds are not accepted for items that deviate from the product description in terms of color or specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, plating or non-plating), as well as for personalized items such as engravings or customized ear clip conversions.
