This isn't just a custom cushion; it's your personal source of warmth and companionship. We craft a gentle embrace just for you, a tangible warmth that embraces you, comforts you, and holds your happiness. 🧶 Product Details ▴ Outer Fabric: Both sides feature a delicate, ultra-soft short plush fabric that's gentle on the skin. Paired with high-quality digital printing for rich, vibrant colors. ▴ Exclusive Inner Cushion: Includes a removable inner cushion for easy washing of the outer cover. The inner cushion is filled with high-resilience, premium cotton that remains fluffy and resistant to flattening. A hidden zipper allows you to adjust the amount of filling for a firmer or softer feel. 📝 Customization Process 1. Select the Perfect Photo: The beauty of the final product depends on the photo quality. Please choose a high-resolution image with a clear, well-lit subject and balanced colors. Screenshots, dimly lit, or out-of-focus photos are strongly discouraged as they may affect the printing quality. 2. Submit Your Image: Please send the original file of your chosen photo via chat or email. 3. Choose Your Background Color: Select your preferred background color. We especially recommend a combination of "one side white/light and one side colored" for added dimension and texture. 4. Personalization Add-ons: Kindly inform us if you wish to add small embellishments (e.g., cute blush, personalized name tag). If not specified before artwork confirmation, the design will be based on the cut-out image. 5. Revision Limit: To ensure efficient production, one complimentary revision for background color or minor adjustments is included. Further revisions will incur an additional fee. 6. Artwork Confirmation: Once the design is complete, we will provide a digital mock-up for your review. Production will commence only after your confirmation. 7. Production Time: Custom orders typically require 10-20 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have an urgent request for a special occasion, please communicate with us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Important Purchase Information 1. No Returns on Custom Orders: All items are custom-made to individual preferences and are therefore exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period as stipulated by consumer protection laws. Except for significant defects, returns or exchanges due to personal preference, color discrepancies, or size variations are not accepted. Your understanding and acceptance are appreciated before purchase. 2. Screen Color vs. Print: A 10%-15% color variation is to be expected between screen displays and fabric prints due to inherent differences in digital displays and textile printing. Fine lines may also not be as sharp as on paper. Minor color variations and slight bleeding are not considered product defects; please consider this carefully if you have exacting standards. 3. Cancellation and Change Policy: Once you provide your photo, production arrangements will begin, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded. (If a photo needs to be changed before printing, a design fee of NT$300 per image will apply). 4. Size Tolerance: The cushion shape is cut and extended based on the outline of the de-beautified photo. During the cutting and sewing process, a manual tolerance of 3-5cm in the final product dimensions is reasonable. 5. Photo Copyright: Please ensure you have legal authorization or ownership of the photos you provide. The buyer assumes all legal responsibility for any copyright infringement related to celebrities, anime characters, or other protected intellectual property. 6. Production Details: Each cushion is meticulously designed by our team. We carefully edit each image, preserving hair and texture details as much as possible, and optimize colors and shadows for the highest quality visual presentation.
