Use a measuring tape or a thin string to gently wrap around your wrist at that position. The measurement should be "snug but not tight, fitting comfortably." Choose the closest whole centimeter size, and we will craft it accordingly to ensure a comfortable fit that allows the bracelet to rotate slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be more fitted yet still allow rotation, while 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: After receiving the bracelet, please inform us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. There will be no charge. After 7 days but less than 14 days: If you request an adjustment after wearing it for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. More than 14 days: Please utilize the restringing service indicated on your warranty card, or opt for a paid service of NT$100 for restringing and adjustment fees.
