How to use: 1.Have ground coffee, ice, water, glass divider in hand. 2.Fill in the middle part with 45-50g ground coffee depending on user’s preference (grinding size medium recommended). 3.Pour over some cold water to soak the ground coffee. 4.Place the glass divider on top of the ground coffee with the fine burn side face down (for better capillarity and extraction). 5.Fill in the upper part with ice then cover them with cold water. 6. Fine tune the dripping speed every hour since it may vary depending on the melting ice/water and the pressure change in upper tank. (2 seconds per drop recommended) 7.Suggest to ferment the cold brew coffee in the refrigerator for 2-4 days after dripping complete for better flavor.
