Slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging materials are for protection; minor scuffs or creases during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging materials are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the area of the skin and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, which can achieve uniform patterns and colors). Wrinkles or color discrepancies are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings. The actual product is the standard for color. Due to manual measurements, there may be an internationally accepted tolerance for errors and a normal variation of 1-3 cm in size. 10. Licensed collaboration products are genuine and authorized.
