**Japan ILK Ikeda Industrial Co., Ltd.**
**KenMAX 4.2x10mm Japan-made SLR macro telescope with ring KM-421**
**Product Introduction**
The short-focus macro telescope belongs to the Keplerian Telescope refractive optical system. It is an improvement on the Galileo telescope, changing the original concave lens eyepiece to a convex lens. It was originally used in astronomy and can be made into an astronomical telescope with a large field of view, high magnification but inverted imaging. Then a prism is added between the two convex lenses to convert the image into an upright one. In addition to the advantages of being light, thin, short and high-resolution, the two biggest features of short-focus macro telescopes are "Short Focus", which allows them to view the details of nearby objects at a very short distance; the optical system can also provide high refractive power, which is often used to assist patients with amblyopia and low vision to view distant objects. Suitable for low vision assistive devices, viewing classroom blackboards, bus numbers, street house numbers, weak eye vision training, museum exhibition tours, outdoor travel, flower and butterfly viewing, and insect observation.
The KenMAX series of short-focus macro telescopes produced by Ikeda in Japan have lenses and bodies made in Japan. The internal lens group is processed with FMC (Fully-Multi-Coated) full-coverage multi-layer coating to provide amazing imaging quality. The series of products have a variety of magnifications for users with different needs to choose from. Some models can be equipped with a special double-lens base as a simple microscope for upright imaging. They are suitable for printing dot inspection, panel, circuit board inspection, quality control inspection, authenticity identification, biological observation, etc. The high-quality imaging, easy portability and diverse uses make it a favorite among people who have used it.
**Product Features**
**FMC Fully Multilayer Coating**

Lens coating can reduce the loss of light caused by prism reflection, thereby increasing image brightness and contrast. FMC (Fully-Multi-Coated Optics) completely covers the internal lens group with multi-layer coating, which can greatly improve the transmittance and contrast of the optical lens group to obtain brighter and sharper images.
**Metal finger grips**

Due to the small size of this product, it may be difficult for some users to hold it, so a finger grip ring design is added. The eyepiece of the telescope can be turned away and put into the grip ring for easy holding for a long time.

**Reverse viewing increases field of view**
A low-magnification telescope can be used as a "reversed telescope". During normal use, the image can be magnified by leaning the eye against the eyepiece. Reversing the telescope and viewing through the objective lens will reduce the image and distort the surrounding images, but it can increase the field of view, making it suitable for patients with visual field defects to perform fixed-point observation.
**How to use**
https://www.hwatang.com.tw/uploads/product/content/03635af08c846121c1798459845e98e0.jpg
1. Remove the eyepiece cover and objective lens cover. The rubber part is the eyepiece. If you observe with the naked eye, you can use it directly. If you wear glasses, please fold down the rubber part of the eyepiece.
2. Put your eyes lightly on the eyepiece and look at the target object for observation. Hold the eyepiece head with one hand and turn the focusing wheel on the body with the other hand to focus. The image will change from blurry to clear.
3. When the camera is retracted to its shortest position, it is telephoto, with an infinite focal length; when it is rotated to its longest position, it is macro, allowing for close-up viewing.

**Precautions**
. The focal lengths stated in the specifications are actual test results, but may vary slightly due to individual vision conditions.
. Do not drop or subject it to strong impact to avoid displacement of the internal mirror assembly of the telescope.
. Do not look directly at the sun or strong light through the telescope, as this may cause damage to your eyesight.
. This product is not waterproof. Please avoid using it when it rains or soaking it in water. If it comes into contact with water, please wipe it dry as soon as possible and store it in a moisture-proof box.
. To ensure safety, please avoid viewing dangerous creatures such as bees, spiders, and poisonous snakes during macro observation.
