Revisions and Adjustments: Finished products include one free adjustment, limited to refining contours or correcting production errors. If you wish to change content midway, material and labor fees may apply depending on the situation. 2. Subjective Expectations: Once an order is placed, refunds or returns cannot be requested based on subjective factors like "differing from imagination" or "proportion preferences." Please refer to the existing styles in the store; handmade items may not be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. After-sales and Abandoned Orders: As this is a customized product, the seven-day appreciation period does not apply. Orders abandoned without cause will be treated as malicious and subject to relevant civil liability. 4. Portfolio Sharing: Finished product photos may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your product to be shared; otherwise, it is considered consent. 5. Returns: Customized goods fall under "Exception categories*" and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period under consumer protection laws; they cannot be returned or exchanged. 6. Color Variance: Slight differences between product photos and the physical item are normal and cannot be grounds for a refund or return. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record a video while unboxing to protect our mutual rights. Any issues must be reported within 1 day; reports made after this period will not be accepted. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Specialty craft paper. 10. Size Variance: Due to manual production and measurement, a variance of 0-2 cm is normal. 11. Receipts: If a receipt is needed, please inform us in advance. Our shop is exempt from issuing uniform invoices. If a receipt needs to be resent later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
