We've added original embroidery to a simple trapezoidal pouch. Ideal for storing makeup, stationery, or organizing the inside of your bag. Suitable for everyday use or travel. When I tried to pick it up, it walked away. Toco-toco, toco-toco. Oh, a giraffe and a rhinoceros are doing a gymnastics routine. Toco-toco, toco-toco. Oh, a camel is flying in the sky. "I saw so many interesting things today," My journey with Saboteddy has begun. - - - - - ◎ Poitokose and India In Echiose Town, Shiga Prefecture, where our shop is located, many foreign residents work. Among them were Barrack, an Indian engineer, and Wei, from Vietnam. We learned that cotton cultivation has a long history in India, boasting one of the world's top production volumes! Barrack wanted to share Indian culture with Japan, and Poitokose creates embroidered accessories. In 2023, we began collaborating on developing products using Indian cotton. With Barrack's help, we connected with Indian sewing factories. Despite struggles with unfamiliar English communication and cultural differences, we persevered, saying "It's difficult, but Poitokose!" After numerous discussions via video calls and emails, our Indian cotton items were born. The Indian cotton series consists of items specially ordered from Indian sewing factories, to which we add embroidery one by one in our workshop in Shiga.
