Create a keepsake imbued with your cherished memories with your pet... 1. Select a suitable photo of your pet and provide their name. 2. Upon receiving the information, we will discuss the draft sketch. You are welcome to request the addition of small objects or flowers related to your pet, or allow LDV to embellish the design with floral patterns. 3. The draft sketch allows for one revision. LDV reserves the right for subsequent modifications. 4. Customization completion time is estimated at 1-2 months from the finalization of the draft sketch. We appreciate your understanding of the time involved in handmade embroidery. 5. The standard size is approximately 4x6 inches, presented in a 13.3 cm inner diameter / 14.5 cm outer diameter embroidery hoop. 6. If a larger size is required due to the number of pets or complexity of the design, it will be determined during the draft sketch discussion phase. The larger size uses a 18 cm inner diameter / 19.5 cm outer diameter embroidery hoop. 7. You may also opt out of the embroidery hoop and frame it yourself using a photo frame you provide! (Please communicate with the designer regarding the dimensions of your chosen frame.)
