Usage: ● Hot Brew: Mash 1/8 of a salted lemon and steep in 350ml of boiling water or hot tea. ● Iced Drink: Add half a salted lemon to a 600ml bottle of 7UP or cola, or a quarter of a salted lemon to a 330ml can (it is recommended to mash the lemon as much as possible before drinking) for a refreshing Salted Lemon 7UP or Salted Lemon Cola. ● Soup Preparation: "Salted Lemon Duck Soup" is a traditional delicacy of the Chaoshan region. Add duck to water. Once the water boils, add pitted salted lemon halves and cook for another 30 minutes. Remove the salted lemon before serving.
