Hot springs containing sulfur can cause metal discoloration. It is not recommended to wear jewelry in hot springs. If accidental immersion occurs, the piece can be sent back to the studio for cleaning. 3. Human sweat contains substances that can alter the color of metal. If you sweat profusely, please rinse your jewelry promptly to prevent erosion. 4. Avoid collision and friction with hard objects to prevent scratches. 5. If dirt accumulates in the crevices of gemstones, you can soak the item in a diluted, neutral, mild detergent solution and clean it with a soft cloth or a soft brush. 6. If white gold plated jewelry discolors over time, it can be re-plated to restore its original color. ⎜After-Sales Service⎟ 1. Within three months from the date of purchase, free repairs will be provided for non-human-induced damage, including gemstone replacement (limited to stones under 0.3ct) and one complimentary re-plating for originally plated items. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a service fee. Basic cleaning and maintenance are complimentary for life. 2. Customized and fully bespoke items are created according to individual requirements. Once the design draft is confirmed and the order is placed, we regret that we cannot accept modifications or cancellations. 3. For in-stock items, returns and exchanges are accepted within seven days of purchase, provided the product packaging remains intact. Due to personal hygiene and safety considerations, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange. 4. Customized rings can be resized free of charge once (within ±2 sizes). 5. Lost warranty cards will not be reissued, and the associated rights will be terminated. 6. For returns, repairs, or cleaning and maintenance not due to product defects (i.e., human-induced issues), the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. 7.
