To participate in any activities of painting and drinking, in order to protect the creative time of the students, please arrive on time; if you are late, the activity will still end on time. 2. One canvas is limited to one person for all painting activities. 3. The time of each event is based on the event announcement. If the work is still unfinished after the time limit, an additional NT$900 will be charged per hour. (canvas not included) Huayin provides students with a preferential plan for purchasing multiple activities. Welcome to ask Huayin colleagues. 4. The content of all painting activities is based on the announcement, and does not include other media (such as clay, glitter, etc.). If you need to use it, please add an additional fee. 5. If the student has a work to keep, it will be calculated for one month after the event date, and if the student fails to collect it within the time limit, he will not bear other storage responsibilities. 6. Each activity is limited to one class attendant (including the parents of the students), and each attendant should bear a minimum drink consumption of NT$150 or more. 7. In case of natural disasters and force majeure factors, Huayin will take the initiative to contact the students and notify the changed activity time. 8. Students who do not notify the cancellation of the appointment 1 day before the event date and fail to attend the event (truant) will be deducted the number of times of the event, and are not allowed to make another appointment for the class date or apply for a refund of the event fee. The refund rules are as follows: (An additional NT$50 handling fee will be charged for all refund transactions). (1) If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the event date (excluding the day), 100% of the event fee will be refunded (2) If the cancellation is notified from the 7th to the 4th day (excluding the day) before the event date, 50% of the event fee will be refunded. (3) If the cancellation is notified 3 days before the event date (excluding the day), all the event fees will not be refunded. Precautions for class 1. In order to maintain the quality of the event and the rights and interests of other students, pets are not allowed in this venue. 2. Do not bring outside food and beverages (you can bring your own water bottle). Huayin provides paid beverages. Please contact the counter if necessary. 3. If you drink your own wine in the store, the corkage fee is 500 yuan per bottle (750ml), and a single bottle can provide up to 5 wine glasses, and additional wine glasses need to be purchased for 60 yuan/piece. If you bring your own birthday cake, a cleaning fee of RMB 500 will be charged. 4. The activity fee includes materials, aprons and art consultant guidance, and students only need to come to class with a happy mood. 5. Because the paint used in the painting drink is difficult to clean, we will provide an apron and a storage basket. Please take good care of your personal finances, Huayin will not be responsible for any related responsibilities. 6. In order to maintain the quality of the activity, please turn off or mute the mobile phone during the activity, so as not to affect the rights and interests of other students. 7. Parents are requested to pick up and drop off students on time at the end of the course. Huayin does not assume any responsibility outside the event time. 8. If the work is not completed beyond the activity time, an additional NT$900 will be charged per hour. 9. Please do not take away any property belonging to Huayin Art Space. 10. Huayin reserves the right to change the content of all activities, appointment time slots, art consultants and teachers.
