Stitching * Thread colors are chosen freely by the designer. If you have specific preferences, please contact the designer directly for guidance on available thread colors. * Our studio secures thread ends by lightly melting them, resulting in small, rounded marks that are a natural part of the process and not a defect. 5. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, our studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Returns & Refunds Policy * For non-customized orders, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Orders with personalized laser engraving are considered custom orders and cannot be returned. * If no specific color preference is noted prior to shipment, returns based on dissatisfaction with color combinations will not be accepted. * Refund requests made before shipment will be fully refunded. * For refund requests made after shipment for domestic orders, a shipping fee of NT$60 will be deducted from the total order amount. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 7. Care Instructions * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not seal it in a confined space, and keep it away from humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire piece. 8. Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitching and cut dimensions are natural and not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of the leather with a transparent edge sealant to maintain the natural leather color and prevent color transfer over time. * Leather may naturally exhibit variations such as grain patterns, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings. Our studio incorporates these characteristics as design elements, making each piece unique. These are not considered defects. If you wish to avoid these natural features, please indicate this in the 'Notes' section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * The reverse side of genuine leather may show minor fiber shedding due to friction, which is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Watermarks on leather after contact with water are normal. Allow the item to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. * The leather color will deepen over time with regular use, reflecting your personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 9.
