No further changes or returns will be accepted after receiving the item due to dissatisfaction. "Design Customization" . We cannot customize designs featuring famous characters, cartoons, or other existing product designs. . You may submit your own drawings for evaluation to see if they can be produced. "Text Customization" . Limited to 7 characters (including 7 characters). . Due to the nature of handmade wool felt punching, complex Chinese characters with too many strokes cannot be created. (Please contact us to evaluate Chinese characters.) We recommend using English abbreviations or names instead. . For additional characters, there will be an extra charge of NT$30 per character. We will create a dedicated listing for you to place your order if confirmed. . Font style is uniform and cannot be changed. Size and position may not be exactly as shown in the photos. . Pilling due to friction during prolonged use is normal. Trim with scissors or gently iron on a low-medium heat setting. . Clean any dirt on wool felt designs or text promptly. . Avoid using hot water, harsh scrubbing, or cleaning agents.
