Use a measuring tape to snugly fit your wrist or desired wearing area. Align the '0' mark. The number you read is your wrist circumference. Add 1-1.5cm for a snug fit versus a slightly loose, comfortable feel. (Measure the tape snugly, but without pressing into your skin.) If you're unsure, you can measure your wrist, take a photo, and let me help you confirm.
