The workshop includes engraving; English letters, numbers, and specific patterns can be engraved (some styles are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it's made.

● To ensure fairness, any requests to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop booking must be made at least three days prior to the session. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded but can be transferred to other products or future workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on at the store. You may exchange for a different style of the same price (subject to available materials on-site). Upgrades to a higher-priced item are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece cannot be remedied due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the safety instructions provided by the instructor regarding equipment usage. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, based on public safety considerations, the workshop will be postponed in accordance with government guidelines, and a new date will be arranged.
