Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accepted. ✔ This product is made to order by women after your purchase, classifying it as a customized item. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective. In case of a defect, the brand offers an exchange service within seven days. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections of the hemp bean sacks or variations in color or pattern from the photos are advised to consider carefully before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging.
