- We provide aprons to avoid getting your clothes dirty during the course. - Please remember to trim your nails before class to avoid nail marks left during the production process. - The glaze does not contain lead, ensuring that the finished product is safe for consumption. - If the work is damaged or cracked after firing, our company will not make any compensation. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of item left at the office or any location other than the delivery address stated in the delivery note as requested by customer. - Except for courses that are full or canceled, tuition fees will not be refunded if participants are absent with less than 24 hours’ notice. - To ensure the smooth progress of the class, if a participant is late for 10 minutes or more without reasonable proof, it will be treated as an unexcused absence, and tuition will not be refunded. - The work will be completed after 15 days, and you will be notified at that time to pick it up in our studio/ SF express. - Package needs to be picked up within 4 weeks after receiving the notification. - Under The Stone HK reserves the right to make the final decision. Typhoon and rainstorm warning: - If the date needs to be changed due to bad weather, our company colleagues will notify the affected participants as soon as possible and make other arrangements. - If the Observatory hoists or still hoists typhoon signal No. 8 or above, red rainstorm warning or black rainstorm warning at or after 10:00 am, the class on that day will be cancelled. - Except for hoisting typhoon signal No. 3 or above, red rainstorm warning or black rainstorm warning, other weather conditions will not be affected. Cancellations are non-refundable. However, we are flexible and are happy to make concessions. Please discuss with us if you have any struggles. Sometimes serious unavoidable illnesses, accidents, emergencies, etc. are difficult to foresee and understandably require adjustment. We will help you make up the missed time under these circumstances. Sign Up & Payment Policy: We accept online payment via Payme, FPS, Bank transfer and also in-studio via cash. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations are non-refundable. However, we are flexible and are happy to make concessions. Class Start Time and Attendance Policy: Please respect your time, the instructor’s time, as well as that of the other students attending class. Due to the structure of the short, single class sessions and to ensure that students receive a full, uninterrupted experience during class, please do not arrive late. It’s best to arrive 5 minutes early so that you have time to get settled, pick your clay and put on an apron. There are no refunds (or reschedules) if you arrive late, cancel or just don’t show up.
