1. As designers need to prepare materials before the event, if you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can contact the brand to reschedule. No refund will be given.
2. The event will be open on time. In order for the experience activity to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. Those who are late for more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to enter, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
3. The course fee is charged per person (including children), so the actual number of attendees is the number of registered participants. Please do not bring companions or increase the number of people traveling with you at the last minute. If you need to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. If you do not inform us in advance, you will still need to pay a venue fee of $500 per person.
4. Due to the limitations of the platform background design and multiple channels, there may be occasions where the actual number of remaining places does not match the number of remaining places displayed on the platform. In this case, we will proactively inform you and the person who made the reservation can choose to refund or reschedule.
5. Participants must abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructors. If any violation causes any damage, they shall be responsible for it themselves.
6. If participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the brand, no refund will be given.
7. If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the brand will proactively contact you to postpone or refund your class. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and rescheduling standards announced by the event venue will be used as the standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
8. The organizer will take side-shot photos of the experience activity as needed and upload them to the Legal Girl Floral Art Agency’s social network after the activity. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing portraits for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
9. The purchased handmade course video will be completed within one week after the course ends (no modification will be made).
