Shan Tribe Vintage Carnelian and Blue Beads, Spattered Brass, Ethnic Bell Earrings

These earrings are crafted by connecting Shan tribe vintage carnelian, blue beads, spattered brass, and ethnic bells. The carnelian beads, with their beautiful striped patterns, are from the Shan tribe (Myanmar). While the exact age is unknown, they are vintage pieces over 50 years old. Deep orange stripes are visible within the orange hue. (Vintage Carnelian Size: 1cm length, 0.6cm diameter) The small blue beads are antique beads known as Indo-Pacific beads. The origin of Indo-Pacific beads is said to date back to the 2nd century BCE. These particular beads are excavated artifacts from Indonesia, dating back an astonishing 1000 years to around the 10th century! The spattered beads are brass beads made by the Benin tribe of Africa. They feature incredibly intricate craftsmanship! The small bells are components from the Kuchi tribe of Afghanistan, once part of decorative items. These are old pieces. The bells do not ring. These are slightly petite earrings that allow you to enjoy the deep charm of carnelian and a tribal aesthetic.
