Shelly is an Indian chef born in the magnificent lake city of Udaipur in northern India. There she tasted the authentic and delicious food prepared by her grandmother. These heirloom recipes have been passed down from generations of great home cooks. She idolized her grandmother and therefore spent a lot of time around her, absorbing all her wisdom. Her fascination with cooking started here~
After getting married, I moved to Dubai and lived there for 5 years. Because of her husband's new job, we moved to Taiwan together and stayed there for more than 16 years. Soon after arriving in Taiwan, she fell in love with this beautiful island and the kindness of Taiwanese people.
Her passion for cooking and creative ideas for her dishes reflect her roots. Shelly knows her way around the cuisine, which combines aromatic spices and various herbs, with a nod to India. Her cooking has left a lasting and wonderful impression on Taipei's Indian community and is known for its sophisticated yet elegant flavours.

**<Precautions for class>**
**1. If the registration is confirmed to be successful, we will notify you via LINE@, and you will receive a text message or LINE@ 3 to 5 days before class to remind you to attend class again.**
2. If the registered students do not meet the number of students for the class, the organizer will arrange other class times and proactively notify the registered students
3. If the typhoon holiday is confirmed one day before class, the organizer will arrange other class times and proactively notify registered students
4. In order to protect the environment and not waste food, please bring your own containers to take home the finished products~ (Eco-friendly lunch boxes are also sold on site)
