We hope you'll also come to understand their individual needs. **| Delivery Methods |** ・Fresh flower gifts are available for studio pickup, courier, and refrigerated delivery. ・Self-pickup is available at our Nanjing Fuxing studio at no additional charge. Please message us in advance to schedule your pickup time. ・For deliveries within the greater Taipei area, please select **Lalamove Courier**. Delivery can be scheduled for a specific date and time. ・For deliveries to other cities and counties, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. Outside of special festive periods, you can specify your desired delivery date and time. ・For designated delivery dates, refrigerated deliveries will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***Delivery to areas outside of Taipei carries a risk of transit damage. Delays or rough handling during transit may affect the condition of the floral gift. Please message us with your card content. Messages of up to 20 characters will be handwritten; messages of 21-50 characters or opening ceremony cards will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh flower products, materials need to be prepared in advance for crafting. Therefore, cancellations for general orders made more than 5 working days before the specified shipping date (excluding the shipping date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 working days of the shipping date will incur a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For custom requests such as specific packaging or card colors, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selection. ・Flowers are natural plants, and their forms vary. During arrangement, adjustments will be made based on the actual available floral materials and will not be identical to the photos. ・Floral materials are seasonal. If there are unexpected shortages or the flower condition is not optimal, similar materials will be used as a substitute to achieve a comparable effect. ・You may request a photo of the completed gift before delivery to confirm your order. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delaying shipment. ・The completion photo is solely for verifying that the ordered item has been prepared. Unless there are apparent issues such as wilting or bruising, we do not offer replacements for flower types, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes. Any temporary changes requested will incur additional charges for materials or packaging and may risk delaying the shipment. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care methods, and placement environment, generally ranging from 3 to 7 days. ・Upon receiving your arrangement, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing the flowers in a vase, and situating them in a cool, well-ventilated area. Every 1-2 days, rinse the stems of the flowers, trim 2-3 cm, and change the water to extend their viewing period. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, and basket arrangements, we recommend removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently spread the leaves and flowers from the back of the arrangement or the edge of the pot, and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the edge of the container. Thereafter, replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and direct sunlight environments will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, we recommend increasing the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For table arrangements, you can add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce the growth of microorganisms.
