Peter Stone and Golden Rutilated Quartz Pendant. Decorated with Lapis Lazuli beads at the top. Metal material: Copper wire. Overall dimensions (L x W): 67 x 33mm. When this piece was first completed, I shared a preview on Instagram Stories and Threads, mentioning that the main stone was an entry-level Peter Stone. A customer friend specifically inquired about it, noting that the characteristics of the blue Peter Stone were visible in both the photos and the real-life video. So, why call it entry-level? The primary reason is that the lower portion of the mineral body has some lighter-colored areas. Additionally, while it exhibits the signature velvety sheen of Peter Stone, it's not fully saturated across the entire surface. In terms of market preference, this would not be considered a high-grade Peter Stone. However, for me, the appreciation of mineral stones ultimately comes down to personal preference and connection. Observing the changes in the crystal and mineral market over the years, I've seen many specimens once deemed commercially insignificant become highly sought after and fashionable. This particular Peter Stone came into my possession by chance. If it were of the quality and weight I typically acquire for blue Peter Stone, the price could easily double. This piece, however, allows one to obtain a substantial main stone with all the hallmarks of Peter Stone at a relatively modest price, which is why I refer to it as an entry-level piece. The design features a classic woven frame, paired with Golden Rutilated Quartz, which also possesses a special effect under light. Surrounding it are finer woven details to create a sense of depth. The small Lapis Lazuli bead at the very top complements the color palette of the main stone. The dark hue of the main stone and the richness of the copper wire beautifully harmonize, forming a secure and fitting 'fortress' for them to reside in. ❖ Most product photos are taken in natural daylight.
