Tips for Wool Felt Products~ ■ Please do not pull the wool or fine details by hand. ■ Do not spray with alcohol. ■ Colors may vary due to differences in computer and phone screen displays. The actual product color is the standard. Important Notes~ ▪︎ Wool textiles are periodically allowed to rest, giving the wool fibers time to breathe and recover their natural properties. ▪︎ Wool fibers have natural stain resistance. If you accidentally stain the item, please treat it as soon as possible to prevent the stain from setting. ▪︎ Do not use warm or hot water or bleach to clean stains on wool products. If you need to rub, please do so gently to avoid damaging the fiber quality. ▪︎ If pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim with small scissors; this will not affect the appearance of the wool felt. ▪︎ For storage, please wash clean, dry completely in a cool, ventilated area, then seal and store. Washing Instructions~ ▪︎ Wash with cold water, do not bleach. Use a neutral detergent that is marked for pure wool and contains no bleach. ▪︎ After washing, hang in a ventilated area to air dry naturally. If tumble drying is necessary, use a low-temperature setting.
