**Recipe & flavour** **Recipe:** Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries, tangy orange and lemon peel, and a pinch of spice. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in a smooth Scottish whisky. **Flavour:** Deliciously rich, dark, moist, and fruity. The whisky infusion provides an extra-special taste, but it's subtle, not too strong, so that the full flavour of the fruits still comes through. **Presentation** Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, exclusive to Buckingham, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style. 130mm diameter and 80mm high. **Shelf Life & Storage** 18 months. Ambient. Very resilient to long shipping times and different climates. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate.
