Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike common nickel-chromium alloy on the market, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, so they do not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it might be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sterilize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that are prone to reacting to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, but it is definitely not solely due to the earring post material. We recommend undergoing a high-cost allergy screening at a hospital to clarify the cause and protect the rights of both parties. Since we started making jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs to be made from acrylic. All our items are handmade. To adapt to Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides the paper with basic water resistance for daily life (meaning you don't need to worry about high humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after ordering will it take for my item to ship? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping on market days) As we primarily operate through market events and the post office does not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
