This is a leather cover for the Rhodia Block Memo No.11. It is made from 100% Tochigi vegetable-tanned leather. The lustrous color, reminiscent of wetness, is a characteristic of aniline-finished leather. The distinctive leather hinge is crafted using a proprietary method developed through extensive research. After complex cutting and shaping, each "tooth" is meticulously filed down to achieve a precise interlocking fit – a truly artisanal process. The hinge offers more than just a unique aesthetic. It also ensures that the areas repeatedly bent during opening and closing are not subject to extreme wear and tear. Its snug fit for the Rhodia memo also allows for a compact design. Inside the flap, you'll find a pocket for storing clipped notes. A pen holder is also included. Recognizing that Rhodia users often appreciate fine writing instruments, the holder is designed to be expandable. It can accommodate slim pens for planners as well as those up to approximately 13mm in diameter. While pens with anti-slip grips may be slightly harder to insert, holding the base of the pen holder with your finger will facilitate smooth insertion.
