I also went to see his graduation exhibition held in Bopiliao, it was very exciting! So far, the background picture of my mobile phone is still the whale. If you have the opportunity, you must go to Yilan to see the ceramic sculpture of the whale. In addition to being lifelike, the work shows the emphasis on the environment and ecology, and the mentality of the whale growing up step by step; The island of Taiwan carried by the world has both hope and reluctance for this land. A lot of ideas and spirits are presented in that series of works, which is really wonderful. The use of glaze in this work is very particular. Teacher Xu specifically explained that the glaze color that will not take away the dishes is used in the works, and it is best to give the protagonist to the dishes or ceramics placed on it. On the bottom of the vessel is the inscription "Jia" in official script handwritten by Mr. Xu. Every stroke and stroke conveys Mr. Xu's persistence in the work and his love for ceramic art.
