Do not use leather oil, as it can damage the texture. Lightly brush with a soft brush in the direction of the grain. It is recommended to use a suede-specific waterproofing spray before use. 3. Patent Leather: Gently wipe with a dry cloth or use a specialized patent leather cleaner. Note 1: Leather may darken temporarily after applying leather oil; this is normal and the color will fade over time. Note 2: If the leather becomes wet, pat it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry completely before applying leather oil.
