For the cream cheese base, I use French cream cheese. It has a delicate texture when eaten raw and creates a refreshing cheesecake filling that's subtly tangy and savory, never overly heavy or greasy. You can taste the rich cheese flavor without it being cloyingly sweet. We also use fresh eggs and natural animal-based heavy cream, ensuring genuine ingredients and generous portions.
