◆Once the order and payment are completed, the event registration procedure is completed. Please present the details on the day of the event.
◆After payment is completed, if you cannot attend or reschedule, please contact us 3 days in advance. The relevant refund information is as follows:
. If you notify us 3 days (inclusive) before the event date, you can reschedule or get a full refund.
. Rescheduling is possible 1-3 days before the event date, but no refund will be accepted because the materials and related information have been prepared.
Those who fail to show up on the day of the activity will be deemed to have forfeited their rights and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
◆Event notification will be sent 3 days before the event, please be sure to fill in the correct E-Mail contact information.
◆Participation is limited to ticket holders. Accompanying admission and joint participation are not allowed (this restriction does not apply to parents and children or special circumstances).
◆Entrance will be open 10 minutes before the event. Please be careful not to be late so that the event can proceed on time.
◆Participants should abide by the venue rules and cooperate with the on-site instructor’s instructions.
◆If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to postpone or refund.
◆The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret and cancel this event.
◆The organizer will take side shots of the event as needed and upload them to Jingwagashi after the event. The organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes in the future. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
