Use a switch puller to remove the switch (note the orientation of the switch pins). Ensure the pins of the new switch align with the sockets. Turn the knob clockwise for volume up, counter-clockwise for volume down. Short press to enter the mode selection menu. Mode Selection Menu: "Select" function with the knob.
