・Rescheduling/Cancellations require a three-day advance notice. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling will incur a 20% service fee.
・Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
・Chairs are not provided; only a resting area is available.
・In-store utensils are for cooking purposes only. Sharing desserts by eating directly from them is strictly prohibited.
・Seating arrangements are determined by staff based on the situation (customers with the same reservation will be seated together for production).
